It is getting cold outside, real cold. And lip gloss and/or lip chap is needed. I would suggest the ELF Super Glossy Lip Shine SPF15. So what about the ELF Super Glossy Lip Shine? One reviewer stated that while the texture of the lip gloss was thick and sticky, it lasts and does not feather and settle into her fine lines.
I found the consistency to be sticky but not to the point where it was unbearable. Normally I hate sticky glosses, but this gloss is not bad, and the staying power was very good. The coverage is super pigmented and smells great. All I do is dab about three dots on my bottom lip and upper lip together to get the coverage I want. The amount of glitter is just right and doesn't irritate my lips when using because of the amount of glitter.

| From Left to Right: Malt Shake; Pink Pop and Goddess |
For a dollar, this lip gloss is pretty cool. The glosses come in every range of color. The three that I chose were Pink Pop, Goddess and Malt Shake. Pink Pop was a little too pink for my complexion, but the other colors I really enjoyed. One reviewer complained of a scent, but I did not experience a scent. Others complained of the lip gloss being too sticky. As I said above, it was a little sticky but not insurmountable, especially for $1.00. I like to layer the lip gloss on top of my lipstick.
The ELF Super Glossy Lip Shine has good color payoff, and you get a lot of gloss for your dollar. However, the gloss can be a little on the sticky side, which can be annoying to some people.
The ELF Super Glossy Lip Shine retails for $1.00. It may be purchased at www.eyeslipsface.com.
